I think Tory was more excited than Penelope. Oh and she got a second tooth as well, it was a big day in the Randall household!!

Congratulations to Penelope! Now she can keep up with her brother. :) We're still holding out for Atticus. He doesn't even have teeth yet! Did you do anything special with the twins to help with their teeth? I'm glad to hear how happy you guys are. :)
